The Fish Tank Ep.67

May 7, 2008 at 5:55 pm and Filed under New - Author: FishTank

Celebrating the baking hot weather arriving Fisher decides to play his guitar, for the first time since episode 43 and the choice of song is appropriately Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles, with George Harrison singing and writing the song. Of course drummer for The Beatles Ringo Starr has a son called Zach, who now plays drums for 2 bands, The Who and Oasis, with The Who of course being the superior band.

Other events that Fisher casts his eye over include the recent London Mayoral elections, the prospect of and English Premier League for Cricket, what Ronaldo has being up to whilst his girlfriend is away and of course discussing the all too common occurrence of a streaked being found at the World Snooker Championships

The Fish Tank Ep.66

April 30, 2008 at 3:35 pm and Filed under New - Author: FishTank

The Fish Tank is back and as it’s the landmark 219th anniversary of George Washington being sworn in as the first US President, Fisher decides to celebrate this piece of information by giving no mention whatsoever to either George Washington or America. Instead there is much talk of The Fish Tank being mentioned on BBC Radio Sheffield last Friday, where it was described as being “not bad.”

Also given a mention on this weeks show are the mysteries surrounding the when the Stephoscope will appear on JimboStudios and what has happened to “How Far a Field Can a Fish Go” as well as the bigger mystery of how big John Prescott thinks he looks when he looks at himself in the mirror.

The Fish Tank Ep. 65

April 23, 2008 at 3:16 pm and Filed under New - Author: FishTank

It’s once again time for The Fish Tank and this episode is broadcast on a Wednesday again for the first time in over a month and today is not any Wednesday, today is St. George’s Day, as a result Fisher dons and England Rugby shirt and talks about Shakespeare, who was both born and died on 23rd April.

Up for discussion on today’s show included topics as diverse The Pope’s visit to the USA and Liverpool’s draw with Chelsea last night, that’s without forgetting the major news about John Prescott suffering from an eating disorder (and it’s doesn’t involve him eating everything within 2 mile radius of himself)

The Fish Tank Ep.64

April 17, 2008 at 5:46 pm and Filed under New - Author: FishTank

The Fish Tank in back and Fisher is back in Loughborough and he’s on a crusade about sport this week, in an attempt to regain viewers who are fed up about talk to do with politics and also because there are soon local elections and JimboStudios don’t want to influence their viewer(s) about who they should vote for.

Fisher does cast his eye over the recent horrendous home form displayed by Derby County FC and gives his take on football in the times when the Bible was written as well as why the Olympic torch is a good thing that fosters the true Olympic spirit.

Fish Tank Sacked

April 1, 2008 at 1:48 am and Filed under New - Author: Jimbo Studios Admin

Jimbo Studios regrets to say that Chris Fisher has been sacked as presenter of the Fish Tank and as result the Fish Tank has been axed indefinitely.
The decision comes after much deliberation but Jimbo Studios has decided that the Fish Tank has run its course. A major factor in the decision was Fishers constant bad taste jokes torwards issues such as the disabled e.g Heather Mills, Homosexuals e.g Graham Norton and Dale Winton jokes which did result in some complaints from Jimbo Studios consumers. Also his strong political oppinions conflicted with those of the company so it was deemed necessary that with all these reasons and the declining viewing figures Jimbo Studios and the Chris Fisher have immediatly and mutually parted company.

Jimbo Studios would like to thank Chris Fisher for his services
