Jimbo Studios regret to announce that 17 year old Yorkshire Terrier called "Herbie" known and loved by many, has sadly been peacefully put to sleep after a difficult week battling illness.
Herbie’s life spans right back to the late 80’s born 1989 when Band Aid 2 was number one with Do they Know is Christmas. He was hand picked by myself (Jimbo) when I was only 2 years of age and its the best decision Ive ever made. Because I was so young when he came into my life i cant remember a time without him, many of the people who met him also fell instantly in love with the little dog.
Herbie was a family dog and he most of all loved Christmas Time when he would sit around and nosy at what gifts the family were unwrapping. His favourite toys to play with were strangely socks and which he used to sit and gaurd on his bed! He even recently starred in the Rumours podcasts which you can view by clicking here
The past week had been a dificult one for him after suffering a brain hemeridge last Friday, temporarily losing his sight and sound and then suffering from illnuss that followed the brain hemmeridge.
To pay tribute to this wonderful family dog, a fighter who battled through illnuss to live to the old age of 17 (119 in dog years) then this Sunday will be made "Herbie Day" on Jimbo Studios.

i was gutted to hear about herbie, i only knew him a short time but he was lovely, a great tragedy!
