Three quarters of the way to a century is the position Fisher finds himself in this week and Jimbo suggested that a good way to celebrate was to go into a field and have a Keppel’s 115 foot column in view over Fisher’s shoulder, after first refusing Jimbo explained that Keppel’s column was a land mark in the local area and built in the 18th century and it would make an interesting backdrop, so Fisher agreed.
After the Euro 2008 final on Sunday Fisher talks about the neutral view that everyone could have taken during the tournament, as well as answering back to criticism that he received on the Stephoscope. In addition there was talk of Nelson Mandela’s birthday celebration being in poor taste and the reason why he has being so busy lately

Fishers back in Sheffield on location and exactly a year after the Sheffield Floods river visits a local dam Westwood in High Green. Just to be sure that he won’t be caught up in any more co-incidental year on floods, Fisher stays in the car so not to get wet. Enjoy episode 74 and please leave your comments.

Here and free at last from the pressure of exams Fisher here with best episode ever to be called “episode 73” it’s episode 73 of The Fish Tank and this week will be the last that Fisher records in the building that has played home to the The Fish Tank for the last 2 years, as the building is being turned into offices after 75 years of housing students.
Up for discussion in this week’s show is the growing fad of pre-nuptial agreements, which are becoming popular now in the UK, as well as the farce of losing important documents and the explanation of what exactly Al Qaeda weaknesses and the big mystery of what Fisher had a few years ago that he nicknamed Theo.

The Fish Tank is back for episode 72 and this week he’s back to the internetwaves talking about Euro 2008 and the current performance of some of the various nations in the tournament so far. In particular the real reason for France’s poor performance is revealed and there is talk of the Poland Vs Germany.
The main talk however is about Coldplay’s latest album, which was released today and it is a truly brilliant album, so Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends is available from all good record shops and supermarkets (and some bad one’s come to think of it) or it can easily be downloaded from the internet via iTunes. If you don’t’ get the album then you will live to regret it as it is simply amazing.

Back for a recording breaking 71st week and smashing the former record of 70 episodes on the trot it’s The Fish Tank episode 71 and up for the discussion is Fern Britton getting hacked to death by the gutter press for having a gastric band inserted in an attempt to lose wait, obviously she should be hated by everyone and forced to resign from her job for acting so disgracefully, perhaps the more respectable Amy Winehouse could take the reins in presenting This Morning.
Up on the agenda as well are the US primaries drawing to a close after a 5 month period that has absolutely flow by. With Obama claiming victory today Fisher speculates on how the how exactly you can just claim the victory and also on the subject of John McCain and his Microwaveable chips business and how the US election could well end up like a boxing bout.

The Fish Tank is back and albeit a day late, however being a day late, doesn’t really matter that much, that’s certainly the motto of East Midlands Trains, who obviously think that there passengers will be fine with the completing half a journey and then being told that their trains are unable to run due to signalling problems and the only advice they had is not to travel at all, which is great advice when you’re halfway between Loughborough and Sheffield with no way to get back to either. I mean honestly, the reason someone travels on a particular day is because they have somewhere to go. People don’t just travel for no reason, not at those prices anyway.
As you may have gathered Fisher had a slight problem with the train service, although he decides not to mention it in the episode for fear of not have time to mention anything else. Instead subjects such as John Terry and his inability to take penalty kick are mentioned as well as why John Prescott likes KFCs

Back and trying to impress everyone with a great 69 it’s the Fish Tank. Of course the number 69 is well associated with ‘quotation marks’ as well as other things, including the smash hit ‘Summer of 69.’ As the episode is number 69 Fisher tries to get a Girl on to the show and to co-present/demonstrate things, but unfortunately Cheryl Tweedy, Jordan, Angelina Jolie and Posh Spice were all unavailable.
Also given a mention on the show are tonight’s Champions League Final, which Newcastle United FC player Joey Barton may have to watch with his new friends on E wing. As well as that there is the mention of Tony Blair and why having sex is like the war in Iraq. I would give Cherie Blair a mention but that would be too intrusive to her.
